The ARS Network: ARS runs totally on a VPN (Virtual Private Network) firewalls are in place in each facility making for a secure data environment.

Sting Technology: The Sting is a totally automated consumer contact and follow-up data base that is superior to the collection industry.

Intercept:  Sends letter sequences, requests credit reports, skip tracing information, changes collectors, sends time reminders to other collection sources, and changes the condition of the account. This process is working thousands of accounts per minute. Intercept will also create a new follow up date automatically, making it possible for Intercept to work the account again in the future depending upon the decision tables.     

First Alert:  Our mail process turns hours of printing, sorting, and stuffing mail into minutes. In addition to the time saving benefits, First Alert can verify address information through the NCOA database which is then loaded back into " The Sting" database virtually eliminating mail returns.

VIC:  A central component of the Electronic Workforce, responds to phone inquiries and negotiates payments 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Works with Intercept and Loan-Track.  In addition, VIC III module is a completely integrated predictive dialer or outbound messaging center

VIC III:  Much of VIC III "s power comes from one simple principle. VIC III actually works your accounts for you, exactly like a collector would. Each call dialed by VIC III is fed through a VIC Action Table that is built right into "The Sting" system. The VIC Action Table allows you to dictate exactly how VIC III will work your accounts. Unlike a traditional 3^rd party dialer, VIC III is able to work every account it dials, whether or not it transfers the call to the collector. The time and money saved by having VIC III work the account, update it, and move it through your account flow process is a great leap forward in automating the collection process.

Loan Track:  Loan Origination and Service amortizes loans, prints disclosure statements, generates coupon books, tracks interest and principal payments, and singles out slow pay accounts for action or review.

Fast Check:  Check Verification system that is integrated into The Sting collection system. With one point of entry the verification, electronic check re-presentment and collection procedures are initiated. 

Legal Tech:  For totally integrated legal recovery. Legal Tech is used to schedule and keep a legal database of courts, process servers and referral attorneys.  Legal Tech also lets you track a variety of details, co-defendants, assets or other information that is required. It is used to print Summons and Complaints or other court documents. Bookkeeping functions lets us define and track a variety of legal expenses.

@Client Services:  Client Services gives our customers complete control of their accounts online. With an Internet connection and browser our customers are able to access accounts listed to our agencies, post payments, contact customer service reps and collectors, time remind accounts and list accounts individually or complete files with a mouse click.
